Shane A. Anderson

Shane understands that business-minded individuals and entities appreciate unique, cost-effective solutions that take into account both the legal and business aspects of an issue. Shane’s approach to practicing business law centers on fully appreciating each of his clients’ long-term visions in order to provide legal solutions that will add value for years to come.

Prior to joining to Epiphany Law, Shane was employed in several corporate positions that furthered his appreciation for legal solutions that help individuals and entities solve a problem, rather than create many more. To that end, Shane understands key decision makers are often part of team and tailors his legal practice to fostering solutions that incorporate viewpoints in a lawful and business-focused manner.

Questions & Answers

I am from Northeast Wisconsin. I grew up in Gillett and attended Saint Norbert College in DePere. I left Northeast Wisconsin for the first time to attend law school and quickly realized home was the place to be. I appreciate the challenges faced by individuals and businesses in this community and returned in order to use my talents to help the fine people of Northeast Wisconsin realize their personal and business goals. Also professional sports in Michigan are a far cry from the likes of the Green and Gold!

As a “business transactional” attorney, I have the flexibility to have a working knowledge of many areas of the law, while also establishing myself as an expert in a particular area of law. More importantly, I find personal and professional satisfaction in “producing” cost-effective solutions that help drive business. This means designing legal structures, arranging financing, and implementing strategies to help individuals and businesses realize their short-term and long-term visions.

When I began my search for a legal internship in the beginning of my second year of law school, I reached out to the Epiphany Law team because I was impressed with their business model and non-traditional approach to practicing law. My impressions did not stop there, I interned at Epiphany and was fortunate enough to find full-time employment on the Epiphany team upon graduation. I feel my path to Epiphany Law is unique in that the Epiphany approach to delivering legal solutions to my clients is the only way I know!
